Handmade, 100% pure organic maple cream. To be clear, this product doesn’t contain butter or cream—rather, it’s syrup that has been heated, thickened, cooled slowly, and then whipped with a wooden spoon. Similar to creamed honey, maple cream has a spreadable, jam-like texture, and is a great topping for toast, buttermilk biscuits, fancy cheese, peanut-butter sandwiches, ice cream, oatmeal cookies, waffles, or cinnamon rolls. Also delicious by the spoonful!
Like all our handmade products, each batch of cream we make varies slightly in color and texture. Maple cream is temperature sensitive and should be stored in the fridge. If you notice any separation, simply stir. If the cream seems too thick to spread, let it warm up slowly.
